Concrete Compression Machines

Concrete Compression Testing Machines designed and built by CANTROL are used to determine compression, split and flexural strength. they meet the ,AASHTO T 22 , BS 1610 , BS 1881 , ASTM E4 , ASTM C109/109M , ASTM C293/293M , ASTM C39/39M , ASTM C78/78M. The Frame meets or exceeds ACI 363 recommendations for stiffness. Usually applied to materials of high compression but low tensile strength in which the specimen is subjected to increasing compression force until failure occurs. There are two major types of frame, Welded Frames and Four-Column Frames. And two types of Hydraulic Power Packs and Digital Controllers, Semi-Automatic and Automatic Controller.

Welded Frame Semi-Automatic Concrete Compression Machine:

Welded steel Frames designed and built by CANTROL feature heavy duty, rigid, distortion-resistant frames to meet the requirements of testing high performance concrete where the accurate and repeatable test results are required. The stiffness of these frames meet or exceed ASTM C39 requirements and ACI 363 recommendation for rigidity.

Four-column Frames Semi-Automatic Concrete Compression Machine:

It consists of pre-stressed upper and lower steel plates to provide a very high rigidity and distortion. EN compression testing frames provide the stability needed for accurate and repeatable results over the years of operation. Frames supplied with factory calibration certificate for force stability and self-alignment of the upper loading platen confirming to EN 12390-4.
