Cantrol Inc. warrants all products against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the original date of shipment, provided the equipment has been properly installed, maintained and operated intended manufactured use, normal wear and tear is not covered by the limited and exclusive warranty. This warranty does not cover damages to the product caused by negligent, improper use, electrical supply irregularities, accidents, fire, water, lightning strikes or any act of God!
The foregoing warranty is in LIEU of all other representations and warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. CANTROL‘s liability whether under these terms or otherwise relating to the sale or use f the products is limited to the amount received from customer. Under no circumstances shall Cantrol be liable for consequential, special, indirect, incidental, liquidated damages.
Packing and Cases for domestic shipments are included at no additional cost, since export shipments require special packing and cases, an additional charge is added. When specific shipping instructions are absent, our judgment, based on the nature of the material, distance to be sent and the size and weight of the package will prevail. All international order required special handling fee and insurance cost to be calculated at the time of quote or order. We take extreme care to packing all items properly. Responsibility for safe deliver is assured by the carrier upon acceptance of shipments. If damages do occur, report the details to the carrier immediately. Request which the shipments be inspected by the carrier or representative and get the copy of report.
All new merchandise is shipped in perfect condition and is packed to withstand normal shipping risks. It is the customer`s responsibility to inspect the shipment before accepting delivery. The shipment can be refused or the carrier can note the damage on the delivery receipt and sign it before delivery is accepted. Keep all original packing until the carrier inspect the damage. If damage is found after the shipment is unpacked, then have the carrier come at once to inspect the damage and supply the necessary forms to file a damage claim. Concealed damage must be reported to the delivering carrier within 10 days. Cantrol will help you through this process, but please note that once delivery is accepted, the customer has specific responsibilities for reporting damages and filing a claim. Failure to request a damage inspection or file a claim while the equipment is in your possession may result in your loss. There is a deadline of 30 days following receipt of your order to return a product. No merchandise can be returned for credit or exchange without CANTROL`s prior written authorization. Only merchandise in its original packing and/or wrapping can be returned; such merchandise will be subject to an inspection and15% restocking fees will be charged. Shipping costs for the return must be paid in advance by the buyer. Any use and/or damage by customer or due to customer`s improper repacking is subject to further charges as necessary to place item(s) in a resalable condition. Items returned must be sent prepaid; no COD returns can be accepted.
