A10. Yes, Our products are made according to ASTM, CSA or EN standards, depending which one you want. In many equipment there is possibility of changing of standard in machine settings.

A10. Yes, Our products meet all electric safety standard like ESA,CAS and CUL standards, having this certificate of conformity is for fee, cost varies depends on the machine or the equipment you want the certificate.

PLACING ORDER & PAYMENT

Q1. Is your website being secure for credit card payments?

A1. Yes, our website is secured by Stripe security system. All transaction will go smoothly without any personal information leak.

A2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email saying a quotation will be send to you for payment. You will able to pay when you receive the second email containing the order detail and amount to pay. In this stage by signing in and clicking on submitted orders you will have the payment page option

A3. At any time by signing in to your account and clicking on my orders you will find the status of all your orders.

A4. There are two ways to place an order. First, by going to product page and adding to your shopping cart and submitting it. Also, it is possible to contact us or email us about the equipment you need. In this case our sale team will prepare a quotation and will send it to you for final review and payment.

Q1. What is the best way to reach Cantrol for any technical issues?

A1.The best way is to explain the issue along with some pictures and also your understanding about what and how it happened. For this purpose info@cantrol.ca is the best way to reach the tech team. You will receive a call in 2 business days to solve the issue.

A2. Yes, we do have videos and instruction manuals for some equipment and our team are working to make more videos and user guides. Please let us know about the machine you need the video for.

A3. Yes, the parts of machines are available up to 10 years after the expiry of the warranty, for a fee.

A4. Although we make the machines and software easy to use, we help customer via virtual tech assist or on the phone in case a training is necessary. Training in your facility is possible in some areas.

A5. First, you need to let us know what happened and provide it with some videos, pictures. Then we will contact you and explain the following steps to resolve the issue.

A6. Manuals come with products and also you will find some manuals and brochures by following the link below.

A7. In some cases, upgrading a system is possible and on other cases it is either not possible or buying a new one is more economic and better option. The reason is because newer version of our products are always with advanced technology or better design.

A8. We highly recommend you to routine check your machine the day you want to do testing. Being level, any leak or noise might reduce the accuracy of your results. Please email us any unusual performance of your machine.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1. Is the shipping and delivery time accurate?

A1. The estimated delivery time is accurate, but because of Covid 19 situation, sometimes delay might happen for factors out of our control.

A2. Just delivery of the products within 10Km of Toronto is free.

A3. The country of origin is Canada.

A4. It takes by 3 weeks from the time the order payment received.

Q5. How long approximately takes shipping of an order to South American countries?

A6. Local 10Km radius is free. Delivery more than 10 Km will be charged. International will be either FOB or ex-works.

A7. It depends on the type of delivery. FOB orders will be delivered to your facility and for ex-work you might do it yourself or ask shipping company to take it for you.
