The Centrifuge Extractor is specially designed for the accurate determination of bitumen content in bituminous mixtures. Each unit features a removable, precision-machined rotor bowl securely housed within a durable cylindrical aluminum chamber. Powered by a high-performance electric motor with an advanced AC drive (inverter), the extractor ensures precise speed control up to 3600 rpm, independent of 50 or 60 Hz frequency, and includes efficient electrical braking.
To guarantee maximum stability during operation, the rotating assembly is mounted on four calibrated springs. The top cover is expertly machined and equipped with a solvent-resistant gasket to prevent any leakage throughout the testing process.
The intuitive control panel is equipped with a Start/Stop button and a smooth speed-adjustment knob for effortless operation. The Centrifuge Extractor is available in two capacity options—1500 g and 3000 g—making it suitable for a wide range of asphalt testing applications.
