The GFRC Fully Automatic Flexural & Uniaxial Testing Machine is a high-precision system for the automated, accurate testing of GFRC specimens. With a 50 kN capacity and 10 N accuracy, this machine features a sturdy structure supported by two stainless-steel columns to ensure maximum stability during testing.
Equipped with advanced data-acquisition capabilities, the system can generate stress–deflection graphs for up to 6 specimens, either individually or combined on a single page for comparison. Test data and results can be transferred directly to a PC through RS232 or USB (cables included).
The machine provides 0.01 mm accuracy for deflection measurement, with a digitally adjustable loading pace rate from 1 to 8 mm/min. It includes a 7-inch full-color touchscreen and a 50 kN stainless-steel load cell for highly stable, accurate readings.
The integrated four-point flexural testing device supports specimens ranging from 50 mm to 120 mm wide and 20 mm to 300 mm long.
Software for data transfer, real-time graphing, and full stress calculations is included.
Fully compliant with ASTM C947, this machine is available in two versions to meet different laboratory requirements.
